A financial services company was looking for a strategic partner to support further growth. The executive team had a contentious working style and little direct experience with the creation of an explicit strategy. We helped them to articulate and agree to a strategic plan that they were able to use to successfully attract a major investor.

We worked with a CEO / founder and his leadership team to review and update his organization’s strategy. From the review process it was determined that a fundamental part of their business model was not working and limiting the effectiveness of other parts of their approach. A revision resulted in significantly greater growth over the next few years.

Our work with the CEO of an energy company helped him to identify why his largest customers were unhappy. Neither they nor his own people fully understood the business model they had put into play 18 months prior and confusion reigned.
